  • Designed and created a C++ E.C.S. Engine
  • Implemented an input system that allows for multiple input devices
  • Programmed a split-screen render system using OpenGL and GLFW
  • Experimented with libraries and creating a multi-project solution using Visual Studio

  • Led a cross-discipline team of 10 members
  • Championed the creation of ease of use weapon and objective systems
  • Managed and organized the workloads of team members while meeting project deadlines

About Me

Hello there! I am Scott Fado-Bristow.

I am a huge fan of video games. My house is decorated with random statues and posters from game franchises, and my desk is always covered in old consoles. My free time is often spent playing board games or video games with my friends. I also enjoy painting miniatures, baking, and walking to nearby thrift stores.

At Digipen Institute of Technology, I worked on multiple student game projects, taking on numerous roles including Technical Director, Producer, Build Master, Technical Designer and Tools Programmer. Each project was a new challenge and a new opportunity to learn. Across these projects I explored custom engine creation, procedural content generation, animation systems, custom editors, particle systems, scripting implementation, and so much more. My projects helped land me my current position at Perfect Day, where each day I get to tackle programming challenges with a smile on my face.
